Max Frear: Manager of the Future?

Last year, Site Service Engineering took on two apprentices on project control apprenticeships, offering enthusiastic people the opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge.

One of our apprentices, who is doing a level 3 project control technician apprenticeship, is 16-year-old Max Frear, who joined us straight from school after achieving excellent results in his GCSEs.

It was not just Max’s academic aptitude which impressed us, but also his enthusiasm to learn and apply new skills. He was also very impressive in his interview and it was an easy decision to take him on.

We are already giving Max more responsibility than he might have expected, focusing not just on CAD and design but also project management and project control, with the aim of developing him into the manager of the future.

It is exciting to see Max’s potential and he is definitely one to watch!
